Together with selected technology partners 360Dotnet, iPipeline and Twenty7Tec, HLP will be giving its members the first truly integrated mortgage and protection platform that can increase both the efficiency and effectiveness of their businesses.

Christopher Tanner, CEO of HomeLoan Partnership, commented:

“Technology is clearly going to be both a differentiator against the direct channels and a cornerstone of increasing volume, but this should not be at the expense of quality. As a forward thinking business we know that customers are going to change the way they interact with financial services in the future and it’s our responsibility to maintain our members’ competitive edge by investment in the technology they use.”

Chris Schutrups, MD of the Mortgage Hut, added:

“As our industry develops, at the Mortgage Hut we firmly believe technology will control our interaction with our client bank both from a communication and servicing perspective. We have welcomed the delivery of HLP’s new Client Relationship Management system and the advantages it gives us as advisers. Working in partnership with our Network, we are looking to further enhance our interaction with customers of the Mortgage Hut using such facilities as the client portal which will, in turn, deliver greater benefits both for the firm and our clients.”
