Former Aldermore manager joins Pepper Homeloans
Nicola Boardman has joined Pepper Homeloans as Head of Origination and will be responsible for developing and delivering Pepper’s service proposition to both intermediaries and borrowers.

Nicola joins from Aldermore where she has held roles including Operations Manager and Change Manager, and is a certified lean six sigma black belt.
