Countrywide appoints Paul Wareham to MD of Surveying

Previously Director of Field Operations for Countrywide Surveying Services, Wareham has over 30 years experience of the property and financial services industries. Other roles include senior management posts within Lloyds Banking Group, specifically at Colleys Surveyors and within the Halifax retail branch network.

Countrywide Surveying Services handles circa 30% of all residential mortgage valuations in the UK and in 2015 completed over 335,000 valuations and survey transactions.

Commenting on his new position, Paul Wareham said:
