Maguire joins as a national field BDM and will initially focus on mortgage brokers and IFAs in the London and South East region.
Singleton joins as a phone BDM to give intermediaries placement support across all areas of property finance including buy-to-let, commercial, bridging and secured loans.
Liz Syms, Managing Director at Connect for Intermediaries, said:
“I am delighted to have both Ed and Terry on board. As part of our continued growth strategy we want to proactively support new and existing introducers through the resource of professional and knowledgeable BDMs. Our specialist network has gone from strength to strength this year through this approach, and we want to adopt a similar personable model to help build our packaging and distribution business.
“We are receiving an increasing number of enquiries from intermediaries across the country who need help placing their complex cases, and it’s fantastic that we now have two dedicated BDMs in place to assist them and deliver for their clients. Ed and Terry both bring with them a wealth of experience and background in building long-term relationships, which fits in perfectly with how we want to do business. Through them I am confident that we can spread of the word of the great proposition that we have to offer intermediaries, and better serve the needs of our broker community.”
