Complete FS chooses Twenty7Tec

Mortgage intermediaries registered with Complete FS will receive free access to the system to enable them to source mortgage products from the distributor’s panel of lenders. This will be further enhanced within a month when intermediaries will have the additional functionality of sourcing secured loan products. Intermediaries will be able to access the platform on any mobile, tablet or laptop device and from any operating system. Furthermore, users will have the functionality across a range of different product types.

The Enquiries/Placement Desk and underwriters at Complete FS will utilise the combined system to help assist intermediaries in selecting appropriate lenders and products for their clients. In addition, Complete FS will maintain a record of each enquiry and will provide all of its intermediaries in both Networks and Directly Authorised firms, access to the platform to enable them to source Complete FS products, and submit cases to Complete in an efficient manner, free of charge.

The combined sourcing system utilises MortgageSource, Twenty7Tec’s mortgage sourcing system, which is currently used by nearly two thousand intermediaries and LoanSource, the company’s secured lending system, to deliver a detailed analysis of appropriate secured lending options for every client.
