Brokerage relocates to accommodate growth
Brokerage Sensible Home Finance has announced a change of location following growth in the business.
A move has taken place in the last two weeks, moving over 100 staff from the Doncaster-based business to a new town centre location. A complete £250k refurbishment of their new home is now complete after substantial growth in the last year has lead to Sensible Home Finance outgrowing their previous location.
2014 has already been a landmark year for Sensible Home Finance with the office move and record financials to date.
Joint owners Andrew Fisher & Carl Kroger commented:
"Targets were smashed month after month which has lead to our business helping clients obtain over £100m in funding across the 1st and 2nd Charge Lending markets, on top of that we have also arranged over £45m in Protection policies.
“This year has been a very exciting one for Sensible Home Finance. Over the years we have built a very strong and dynamic team and we are currently undergoing a recruitment drive to support the business as it continues to grow.”
