Bridgebank Capital enhances user experience with new website
As part of the continued development of the Bridgebank Capital business, the company has launched a fully re-designed website with increased functionality, to support user experience.
Following a detailed review of user behaviour and searches on the former website, Bridgebank Capital developed a new structure and layout for the website to enhance ease of navigation, whilst also improving the overall user experience through greater online functionality. The introduction of an online short application form, downloadable v card contact information alongside a wealth of information including lending criteria, will ensure that the new website is the ‘go to’ resource for the broker community.
The launch of the new website comes only months after Bridgebank Capital redeveloped its mobile website. The development of these two platforms is a further demonstration of the company’s drive and commitment to providing the highest level of service and customer satisfaction for brokers.
Steve Woods, Head of Sales, commented:
“We are delighted to launch the new website and hope this will assist our introducers when working with Bridgebank Capital. A great deal of time has gone in to identifying how best the website can assist brokers, and implementing these changes. We are sure that introducers will find the website to be a key resource going forward, and look forward to receiving their feedback.”
