Blacks Connect revamps portal with integrated case tracking
Blacks Connect has revamped its 'Connect' portal with an updated look and a number of new features.
"This is the first stage of a number of plans that we hope to announce in the near future."
The updated portal features integrated case tracking, a notifications section, easier interface capabilities with other platforms, and a dashboard to show the numbers of quotes carried out and instructions placed by an introducer - as well as what that means to them in terms of income.
David Gilman, senior equity partner at Blacks, commented: The original Connect portal was launched a number of years ago and it is now time to take things to the next level. The crucial thing for us when developing the new platform was to keep the functionality that our introducers love – a quick, easy to use, quoting, instructing and case tracking platform. Our research amongst our top introducers showed this as their number one requirement.
"Our number one priority was to keep the platform the way the intermediary wants it. It was also critical to ensure that behind the scenes the platform is able to adapt to the technological and digital advances that are happening to make the client journey as smooth as possible. This is the first stage of a number of plans that we hope to announce in the near future."
