Bath Building Society appoints new chairman
Bath Building Society’s Board has appointed Robert Derry-Evans to succeed Chris Moorsom as Chairman with effect from 1st January 2015.

Robert joined the Board in June 2014; he has extensive experience in leading a substantial international legal practice, Cameron McKenna, and is also the chair of Omnia Legal a Bath- Based law firm.
Chris Moorsom was due to retire in April 2014, but following the illness of Terry Fussell; who was due to become Chairman, he agreed to continue with the role to the end of the year. We wish Chris a long and happy retirement.
Dick Jenkins, Chief Executive at Bath Building Society said:
“Robert has some excellent qualities and experience that will be valuable to the Society in his new role. I look forward to working with him in this new capacity.”
Robert sits on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at The Society. He also sits on the Board of Trustees of Cobalt Health, a medical charity based in Cheltenham.
