Barnard & Spinks join Pepper management team

Rob Barnard joins as Sales Director and is responsible for distribution and sales strategy. Rob was previously Head of Intermediary Distribution at Aldermore Bank and has held senior sales roles with a number of specialist lenders.

Richard Spinks joins as Director of Lending Operations and takes responsibility for mortgage processing, credit and systems. Prior to joining Richard was Chief Mortgage Officer and Programme Director at Saffron Building Society and has held operational management roles for several banks and building societies.

The expansion of Pepper's senior management team follows the recruitment of Colin Snowdon and Jeff Knight earlier this year.
