"Our readers work with lenders and clients every day, so it’s your experiences and opinions we are interested in."

The portal, launched in 2018, makes use of a purpose-built digital platform upon which advisers can share their thoughts and experiences via a series of surveys. The series will allow Insights’ unique data visualisation capabilities to build an in-depth picture of the financial services market - which will give lenders and providers a valuable seam of information about how to respond to market conditions and adviser demand.

Previous surveys have covered vulnerable clients, retirement interest-only, mortgage prisoners and adverse credit.

The Bridging Lending Market Review, new for 2019, joins the quarterly Buy-to-Let Market Review, and has been designed to give a detailed snapshot of the bridging market as well as tracking changes in sentiment and demand over time.

Insights is looking for advisers who work in the bridging space to give their views on the current market as well as on their experiences with lenders - whether it’s good or bad!

As a reward for participation, the first 300 respondents will be awarded a £5 Amazon gift voucher.

Andy Shields, director of Barcadia Media, said: “Bridging is an interesting sector which we’re keen to hear more about from our readers so that we can build a detailed and granular picture of how the lending landscape is changing.”

“Our readers work with lenders and clients every day, so it’s your experiences and opinions we are interested in. It’s only with your valuable insight and understanding of your industry that we can start to identify trends and help lenders respond more accurately to the needs of consumers.”
