Finalists of the fifth annual Women's Recognition Awards revealed!
Financial Reporter is delighted to announce the finalists of its 2022 Women's Recognition Awards, proudly supported by NatWest.

The awards programme, now in its fifth year, aims to support the growing momentum for a more diverse and equal financial services community, recognising achievement in particular fields such as mortgages and specialist lending, alongside adviser-focused categories.
The WRAs also reward people and businesses in the industry who have made notable strides towards gender equality, either through raising awareness or by implementing specific changes within their workplace.
Following the introduction of HM Treasury's Women in Finance Charter, momentum has gathered behind the movement towards making financial services a welcoming space for women, and one in which they are given the tools and opportunities to thrive.
Our esteemed panel of judges have reviewed a record number of applications this year, and you can view all of the finalists at https://www.frwra.co.uk/2022-finalists.
The winners of the 2022 Women's Recognition Awards will be revealed during a lavish Winners’ Party at the iconic Alexandra Palace in London on the 21st of September.
The evening will feature a cocktail reception, a three course meal, and post-awards entertainment featuring some of Financial Reporter's infamous surprises – certain, as always, to be an evening to remember. Amy Loddington, Barcadia Media’s communications director, said: "As always, the true driver of the Women's Recognition Awards becomes clear when we read the nominations and entries submitted each year. Every one paints a picture of the interesting, impressive and accomplished women we're lucky to have in our industry, and makes it abundantly clear why awards programmes like #WRA22 are important. Things are moving in the right direction, thanks to tireless work from people and businesses across the industry: but numbers such as those seen in the Women in Finance Charter and experiences shared in AMI's Diversity, inclusion and equity in the mortgage industry report show we still have much work to do.
"So, reading the entries for this year's awards, we are once again enormously impressed with the quality of the entries and nominations, and are pleased to shine a light on the achievements of these and all women in our industry to help shift the dial towards true equality.
"The judges had a difficult job, and the finalists should be very proud of themselves: we can't wait to reveal this year's winners at Alexandra Palace in September!"
Mark Bullard, head of sales at NatWest Intermediary Solutions, commented: “We’re delighted at NatWest to be supporting an event that champions diversity and equality in financial services. I would like to congratulate all the finalists for their hard-work, commitment and dedication. They all are important role models that will continue the education and change in our industry for many years to come.”
