Gopher Money awarded ISO 9001 Quality Management accreditation
Gopher Money are proud to have been awarded ISO 9001 Quality Management accreditation.
Gopher Money, now in to their second year of trading, have always strived to provide the highest level of service to their customers and business partners.
The ISO 9001 process scrutinised every aspect of the management and operational functions within the business.
Mark Prideaux, company Chairman commented:
“After a lot of hard work and with the support of specialist consultant, Andrew Holmes, the Company gained the accreditation first time with a completely clean audit report and no recommendations as to improvement.
“Since gaining accreditation we have implemented minor changes which have resulted in better efficiencies and improved overall quality of the services we provide. Being able to report on every aspect of the business forces management to question each activity and ask why is it done and more importantly how it can be done better!”
