Estate Agent offers price reductions and hundreds of homes in new campaign
This September, properties across the South of England will open their doors as part of the Open House Weekends being held by Andrews Estate Agents.
As part of the agency’s new ‘Look’ campaign, these weekends will feature a wide selection of properties that are new to Andrews – many of which will have exclusive one-off price reductions for these weekends only.
It’s a great opportunity for buyers and investors to pick up their next property at a great price, and for sellers to massively increase their chances of achieving a quick, successful sale.
Andrews’ Open House Weekends will take place on three consecutive Saturdays (10th, 17th and 24th September), and there will be a series of properties taking part throughout the South of England.
Properties taking part in the weekends will be easily spotted by distinctive blue ‘Look’ stickers appearing on Andrews For Sale boards, and on participating property details in Andrews’ branch windows and advertising.
Michael Robson, chief executive of Andrews, says:
"From our experience, September is traditionally a very busy time of year for the property market, as buyers look to move into their new home before Christmas, and many look to relocate due to taking on new roles.
“With this in mind, this September we are pulling out all the stops to make sure that our properties get noticed with a series of Open House Weekends.
"These weekends provide a great opportunity for buyers to view a number of potential homes in the same day at a time convenient to them, and to compare a number of properties on the same day whilst they are still fresh in their mind.
"In addition to this, we’re also expecting the upcoming stamp duty relief, which ends for properties under £250,000 this coming March, to add some stimulus to the market - so the Open House Weekends offer first time buyers a chance to get on to the property ladder before this takes effect."
A large number of existing and new sellers have already signed up to take part in the weekends, and will be opening their properties up for a specific time slot for potential buyers to view.
