Katy comes from a strong underwriting background within Mortgages & Secured Loans and has worked for a handful of companies within the industry gaining invaluable experience with Clayton Euro Risk as an Underwriting Auditor for global organisations.
Due to the rare access she had reviewing UK & European Lender portfolios (both active and non active) it has provided her with a process knowledge she can apply when submitting business to our panel, especially within the challenging climate we are in.
Louise, Director of Consumer Lending at Carolina Capital, said:
"We are very happy Katy has chosen to join us and am really looking forward to working with her. Her unique knowledge of the sector will add another dimension to our Underwriting and the whole team will benefit hugely from her experience.
"Katy and Gareth’s appointments are just the start of our mid to long term plan. We have relocated to Altrincham in order to take advantage of the recruitment talent pool and have exciting and ambitious plans for growth and expansion which we can only execute with the support of a dynamic, effective team."
On her appointment, Katy said:
"I am excited to apply all of my experience in my new, challenging role with Carolina Capital and provide a sound underwriting technique that our lender panel can trust to enable me to drive business and relationships forward."
