Being the only UK-based company shortlisted in the Customer Service & Contact Center Team categories, borro held off stiff competition from many more established multi-national companies. The award win comes following the news earlier this month that borro has expanded its operations into the US, by opening an office in New York.
Paul Aitken, CEO of borro, comments:
“The International Stevie Awards are in their sixth year and have attracted some of the biggest companies known worldwide. For a company such as borro, to be recognised as the best around in terms of customer service is testament to the world class service we consistently provide.”
“I am sure that the success we have seen through our lending model will be replicated in the United States, and we will continue to place a strong ethos on excellent customer service.”
