Countrywide Surveying Services appoints regional director
Countrywide Surveying Services has announced the appointment of Mandy Spenceley as a regional director.
She will be responsible for managing the performance, productivity and ongoing development of CSS surveyors within the designated region.
Mandy has been a chartered surveyor for 27 years and has a background in commercial property together with 18 years’ experience in residential survey and valuation. This includes creating and leading a national AssocRICS training programme, managing a string of surveyor teams and undertaking a variety of individual projects.
She also has attained RICS Senior Professional Assessment (SPA), Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), plus Associate Assessor and Chair and is also a member of the RICS Yorkshire and Humber Board.
Rebecca Freeman, director of field operations at Countrywide Surveying Services, commented: “I am delighted to welcome Mandy to the senior leadership team as a regional director within CSS. Her expertise, knowledge and status within the surveying profession will bring additional support to the future growth and success of the business in the coming years.”
