Clydesdale cuts high-LTV residential rates by up to 0.64%
The lender has also increased selected rates by up to 0.19%.

Clydesdale has announced several rate changes across its residential mortgage range.
From tomorrow, 85%-95% two and five-year core rates, including product transfers, will be reduced by up to 0.64%.
In its exclusive range, 85% LTV two-year remortgage rates are reducing by up to 0.10% and 95% LTV two and five-year purchase rates are decreasing by up to 0.06%.
In addition, 85%-90% two-year professional rates will be reduced by up to 0.20%.
Elsewhere in the range, Clydesdale has announced rate increases of up to 0.19%.
From 8pm today, residential 65%-75% five-year core rates will be increased by up to 0.19%.
75% LTV five-year remortgage exclusive rates are increasing by up to 0.10% and 50-75% LTV five-year large loan rates will rise by up to 0.13%.
In addition, selected residential two and five-year low-LTV professional rates will be increased by up to 0.15%.
