CHL Mortgages announces new limited edition range and key criteria enhancements
As part of the changes, CHL will now accept applications for first-time buyers.
CHL Mortgages has strengthened its buy-to-let offering, launching a range of limited edition two and five-year fixed rate products alongside a number of criteria enhancements.
The specialist lender’s new limited edition range features products suitable for single dwelling properties and HMOs and MUFBs with up to six bedrooms or units, with rates starting from 3.60%.
The range is available to individual and limited company landlords up to 80% LTV with a choice of product fee options.
In addition, enhancements have been made on a number of key criteria elements, with CHL now accepting applications for first-time buyers.
Other changes include the removal of the minimum income requirement for non-first-time buyers, a reduction in minimum property valuations, and increasing the maximum number of storeys in blocks of flats, including ex-local authority blocks, to 20.
Roger Morris, group distribution director for CHL Mortgages, said: “We’re committed to helping landlords achieve their property goals and these criteria enhancements do just that.
“And when you add the new limited edition range, with support for both standard and specialist properties, we’re delivering the flexibility and choice that today’s investors demand.”
