Buckinghamshire BS enhance online offering following member feedback
Buckinghamshire Building Society has announced the launch of online transfer requests as part of their move towards an enhanced digital service.
Members can now request to transfer funds digitally from their Buckinghamshire Building Society savings account to either another account within the Society or to their registered nominated account, assuming that their account terms allow them to do so.
Linda Reed, Head of Operations at Buckinghamshire Building Society, comments: “This is the first of many digital enhancements we are investing in to make the experience of engaging with us as seamless and easy as possible for our members and one which I know our members have been keen for us to introduce. Over the coming months, we will be adding additional capability to our MyBBS portal and look forward to announcing further enhancements shortly.”
This comes after Buckinghamshire Building Society also recently announced the launch of improvements to their Broker Online System, allowing for a more streamlined mortgage application process for brokers.
Reed concludes: “We recognise the importance of continually investing in our digital infrastructure to ensure the online experience for our members and broker community is as simple and quick to use as possible and these enhancements help us to reach that goal."
