Brilliant Solutions agrees CRM partnership with OMS
Brilliant Solutions will move its core client and case management onto the OMS platform.
CRM and loan origination platform, One Mortgage System (OMS), has agreed a CRM partnership with Brilliant Solutions.
Following a review of its existing systems, Brilliant Solutions will move its core client and case management onto the OMS platform.
The change will centralise client data, strengthen case tracking and support more consistent processes for advisers and lender partners.
OMS will support Brilliant across its work as a direct-to-lender mortgage club, specialist mortgage packager, secured loan packager and provider of bridging, development and commercial finance.
Dale Jannels, CEO of One Mortgage System, commented: “Brilliant Solutions is a well-known and highly respected name in the intermediary market. Its model involves managing complex cases across multiple lending areas, so having a single CRM is essential to delivering a wide range of client needs, supported by one platform that brings data, processes and visibility together.”
“This partnership also reflects a wider trend we are seeing, where established firms are reviewing their systems and looking for technology that supports how they actually work, rather than forcing them to adapt around it.”
Michael Craig, managing director at Brilliant Solutions, added: “Choosing to adopt OMS is a really important step forward for us at Brilliant. As we continue to grow, it’s vital that we invest in the right infrastructure to support our brokers and deliver a seamless experience for our clients. OMS allows us to simplify the process, improve communication, and stay closer to every case from start to finish.
“It also gives our brokers the freedom to focus on what they do best, building relationships and writing more business, while we ensure the journey is managed efficiently in the background. It’s a forward-thinking move that not only strengthens our proposition today but sets us up for the next phase of growth.”
