Barclays launches sub-4% mortgage rate at 80% LTV
The bank has announced rate cuts of up to 0.10% across its high-LTV residential range.
Barclays has announced a series of reductions across its residential mortgage range, with a particular focus on high LTV products.
Available from tomorrow, highlights include an 80% LTV two-year fixed rate, down from 4.05% to 3.98% with an £899 product fee. The fee-free equivalent has reduced to 4.18%.
At 90% LTV, A Premier two-year fix is down to 4.27%, while the standard product has reduced to 4.28% and a fee-free version is available at 4.48%.
At 95% LTV, a two-year fixed rate with no fee has reduced by 10bps to 4.85%.
A three-year fix at 90% LTV with an £899 fee has reduced to 4.58% and a fee-free five-year fix at 95% LTV is down to 4.80%.
In addition, a green two-year fixed rate at 90% LTV has reduced to 4.38% with no fee.
In its remortgage range, two-year fixed rate products at 80% LTV have reduced by 10bps, now starting from 4.24% with a £999 fee.
As part of the changes, Barclays has also announced a limited number of rate increases elsewhere in its remortgage range.
