Barclays launches new residential mortgage rates from 3.74%
Rates have reduced by up to 0.31%.
Barclays has announced further cuts to its residential mortgage range, with two-year fixed rates now starting from 3.75% at 60% LTV and 3.79% at 75% LTV, both with an £899 fee.
The bank is also offering a Premier two-year fix at 3.74% up to 60% LTV and 3.78% at 75% LTV.
As part of the reductions, Barclays has introduced two new sub-4% three-year fixed rates, starting from 3.97% at 60% LTV with no fee and 3.99% at 75% LTV with an £899 fee.
Five-year fixed rates now start from 3.94% at 60% LTV for the Premier product and 3.95% for the standard product. 75% LTV rates have reduced to 3.98% with an £899 fee and 4.09% fee-free.
Barclays has also made reductions to its Green Home range, with two-year fixed rates down to 3.85% at 60% LTV and 3.89% at 75% LTV, both fee-free. Five-year fixes have reduced to 3.85% at 60% LTV and 3.88% at 75% LTV, both with an £899 fee.
Remortgage rates have reduced by up to 0.25%, with new sub-4% rates introduced.
A two-year fixed rate at 75% LTV has reduced from 4.07% to 3.96% with a £999 fee, while a Great Escape two-year fix at 75% LTV has reduced by 25bps to 4.23% fee-free.
Three-year remortgage rates are down to 3.90% at 60% LTV and 4.06% at 75% LTV with a £999 fee.
Five-year remortgage rates now start from 3.92% at 60% LTV.
In addition, Barclays has reduced existing customer Reward rates by up to 0.31%, with the largest reduction to a two-year fixed rate at 85% LTV, down to 4.46% with no fee.
Alongside the rate reductions, Barclays has launched two new products - a 4.05% two-year fix at 80% LTV with no fee, and a Great Escape two-year fixed rate remortgage product at 4.46%, available up to 80% LTV with no fee.
