Barclays launches new residential mortgage rates from 3.72%
Rates have reduced by up to 0.13%.
Barclays has announced rate reductions across its residential purchase range, introducing several new sub-4% products.
Available from tomorrow, the lowest two-year fixed rate is now at 3.72% for a Premier product at 60% LTV with an £899 fee, down from 3.85%.
The standard two-year fix at 60% LTV has reduced to 3.73% and a fee-free option is available at 3.93%.
The lender has also introduced two new sub-4% five-year fixed rates, with a Premier product at 60% LTV down to 3.97% and the standard £899 fee product reducing to 3.98%. The fee-free option has reduced from 4.19% to 4.09%.
Barclays has also announced reductions at 95% LTV, with a two-year fixed rate down to 4.82% and a five-year fix available at 4.79%, both fee-free.
In addition, the bank has reduced rates across two Green Home products, with a fee-free two-year fixed rate now available from 3.83% at 60% LTV and a five-year fix down to 3.88% with an £899 fee.
