Barclays cuts residential rates by up to 0.29%
The lender's lowest three-year fixed rate is now 3.70%.
Barclays has announced further cuts across its residential mortgage range, with the largest cuts to its three-year fixed rates.
Available from tomorrow, three-year fixed rates have reduced by up to 0.29%, with the lowest rate now 3.70% at 60% LTV with an £899 fee and 3.84% fee-free. A 75% LTV three-year fix has also reduced by 29bps to 3.85% with an £899 fee.
Five-year fixed rates now start from 3.78% at 60% LTV for a Premier product, with the standard rate at 3.79% and a fee-free rate reducing to 3.88%.
At 75% LTV, five-year fixed rates now start from 3.86% with an £899 fee and 3.94% fee-free.
Barclays has also made cuts to its Green Home five-year fixed rates, decreasing to 3.69% at 60% LTV and 3.76% at 75% LTV.
In its remortgage range, three-year fixed rates have reduced by up to 0.17%, starting from 3.75% at 60% LTV and 3.86% at 75% LTV.
For existing customers, three-year fixed rates in its Reward range have reduced to 3.74% at 60% LTV and 3.85% at 75% LTV with a £999 product fee.
