Avamore Capital promotes Saif Khichi to senior credit officer
Saif joined the lender three years ago as an underwriter.
Avamore Capital has promoted Saif Ali Khichi to the role of senior credit officer.
The promotion recognises Saif’s contribution over almost three years with the specialist lender, during which he has played a key role in supporting a wide range of refurbishment, development and bridging transactions.
Saif joined in July 2023 as an underwriter, and has held previous roles at CapitalRise, Habib Bank AG Zurich, and Bank ABC.
In his new role, Saif will work closely with Ed Blundell, head of credit operations, to support the credit function across all aspects of underwriting, execution and portfolio management.
Ed Blundell, head of credit operations at Avamore Capital, commented: “Saif’s promotion is well deserved and reflects the consistency and commitment he has shown since joining the business. He has developed into a trusted member of the team, building a strong technical skillset whilst retaining a solutions-led commercial mindset on all transactions. I'm looking forward to working closely together with him as he takes on this next step.”
