Atom Bank simplifies commercial pricing structure and reduces rates
Atom has reduced its loan pricing, offering total discounts of up to 0.70% depending on loan size.
Atom Bank has simplified its pricing structure for commercial mortgages, alongside introducing further discounts for medium-sized loans and extending its boosted procuration fee offer.
The new pricing structure means there are fewer price points per product, reducing the potential for rate movements during an application.
Atom has reduced its loan pricing, offering total discounts of up to 0.70% depending on loan size. The biggest discounts apply to medium-sized loans between £800,000 and £2m.
As well as savings on medium-sized loans, Atom is still providing up to 0.25% discount for properties with an EPC rating of B and above and applications with 200% DSC/ICR coverage.
Atom Bank provides bespoke pricing for all commercial customers, with rates designed to meet the borrower’s individual circumstances. Brokers can utilise the Quick Quote tool on the broker portal to gain an indicative quote for clients.
The bank has also extended its boosted procuration fee offer until 31st March 2027. Brokers receive a 1.75% fee for applications submitted before then.
Chris Storey, chief commercial officer at Atom Bank, commented: “We are passionate about supporting SMEs and the brokers who work with them, and this raft of enhancements to our commercial proposition will help us do just that.
“We know that rate changes during an application are frustrating for both brokers and their clients. To fix this, we’ve simplified our pricing structure with fewer price points per product, meaning fewer rate movements and a smoother journey from application to completion.
“Borrowers will also benefit from even better value through a further rate discount on medium-sized loans, while we are recognising the outstanding work brokers do by extending our boosted procuration fee offer into next year.
“There are further improvements planned for the months ahead, as we look to improve the service, speed and value of our commercial lending products and help greater numbers of SMEs to achieve their ambitions.”
