Assetz Capital expands national relationship team with two new hires
Both Fiaz and Matt will work closely with developers, brokers, planners, and wider community stakeholders.
Assetz Capital has expanded its national relationship team with two new hires. Matt Hardy has been appointed as relationship director for East of England, while Fiaz Ahmed joins as North West business development executive.
Joining with over 15 years’ experience, Matt Hardy has a strong track record in ground-up development funding, origination and portfolio management. His long-standing partnerships across the sector position him to support housebuilders throughout the South East Midlands and East of England where growing demand for homes requires specialist local insight and flexible, tailored funding.
Newly appointed North West business development executive, Fiaz Ahmed, brings over 10 years of experience in property development and relationship management, Fiaz has coordinated and managed a wide range of residential, mixed-use and commercial projects.
Both Fiaz and Matt will work closely with developers, brokers, planners, and wider community stakeholders. Their focus will be on helping bring forward much-needed residential-led developments by providing guidance, tailored structuring, and reliable access to capital throughout in their respective regions.
