At Hampshire Trust Bank, Kirtana has quickly established herself as one of the industry’s rising stars in marketing and communications.

She led the highly successful Broker Pulse event at The Landmark Hotel in London, bringing together more than 60 brokers and experts to discuss crucial topics such as the Renters’ Rights Bill and energy standards. The event received exceptional feedback, praised for its insight and accessibility, and has since become a blueprint for how HTB connects with its broker community.

Kirtana also played a pivotal role in delivering HTB’s ‘Go for more’ brand campaign, the lender’s largest to date, positioning the bank as a partner that thrives on complexity and delivers clarity and confidence to brokers and borrowers alike.

Beyond her marketing work, she’s an active member of HTB’s Change Network, championing equity, diversity, and inclusion across the business. From leading International Women’s Day initiatives to shaping workplace policy, she’s been instrumental in helping create a more open, inclusive culture within financial services.

Before joining HTB, Kirtana managed the Women in Trade, Treasury & Payments 2024 event in London, welcoming more than 150 senior delegates from over 30 countries, an experience that strengthened her passion for empowering women in finance and promoting global collaboration.
