Hannie’s journey began when she joined the mortgage industry straight out of school, taking a role she didn’t expect to love - but quickly did. By 20, she had developed a talent for helping clients feel confident and cared for during one of life’s biggest decisions.
When lockdowns hit, Hannie took a leap of faith and founded Mortgages with Hannie & Co from her kitchen table. What started as a one-woman operation soon grew into a six-figure brokerage known for warmth, transparency, and results. Her leadership style is rooted in visibility and mentorship - empowering her team and championing women in finance.
Today, Hannie leads a growing team, proving that success in financial services doesn’t have to look traditional. She’s built a business that values collaboration over competition, inclusion over ego, and people over process.
